This Domain Name Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the client (“You”, “Your”, or “Client”) and Kwikaweb (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, or “Company”), regarding the registration, renewal, and transfer of domain names.

Acknowledgement

As a domain name reseller, we hereby inform you that our services are governed by our partner organizations. The policies and procedures governing the registration, renewal, and transfer of domain names that don’t have a .ng extension are under the stewardship of the organization we collaborate with for such domain names. Conversely, all procedures related to .ng domain names are administered by our affiliate organization specifically handling .ng domain names. Please note that by utilizing our services, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations as set forth by these partner organizations.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to adhere to the rules, policies, and guidelines established by our partner organizations. These rules may be updated from time to time by our partners, and your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Registration, Renewal, and Transfer

The processes of registration, renewal, and transfer for domain names without the .ng extension adhere to the set of guidelines and policies managed by our partner entity for such domain names. Meanwhile, for .ng domain names, the associated procedures are subject to the regulations defined by the partner we collaborate with for .ng domain names. We strongly urge you to peruse and grasp the terms and conditions put forth by our associated entities before moving forward with any transaction.

Responsibilities of the Client

You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by our partner organizations for the registration, renewal, and transfer of domain names. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located.

By registering, renewing, or transferring a domain name with Kwikaweb, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
