Kwikaweb is committed to maintaining a safe and secure internet environment. Incidents of abuse may include, but are not limited to, Phishing, Malware, Spamming, Copyright infringement, Trademark infringement, Disputes claim, Fraudulent claim, Defamation, Compromised accounts, Network abuse, Inaccurate Whois, Child abuse, and others.
To lodge an abuse report, please contact us via email at abuse@kwikaweb.com. Ensure you provide the domain name(s) involved and any pertinent details or evidence, such as the URL, screenshots, and so forth, which will aid our investigation.
Once we receive your report, Kwikaweb will conduct a thorough investigation and take the necessary steps to mitigate any further harm. As part of the investigation process, we may temporarily disable access to or remove the alleged infringing material from our website or take other appropriate actions. If the claim is proven to be legitimate, we may permanently remove, suspend, or deny access to the infringing material, or implement other suitable measures. If the claim is found to be baseless, access to the material in question will be promptly reinstated.
Please be advised that Kwikaweb does not have the authority to mediate between a complaining party and our client in cases of alleged fraud. In such instances, it is advised that the complainant files a formal complaint with the police or a relevant law enforcement agency to ensure proper investigation.
