Downloading a backup allows you to save a copy of your website files, databases, and configurations to your local system for added security and portability. This ensures you always have access to your data, even if server-side issues occur. Follow these steps to download a backup:
Step 1: Log in to Webuzo

- After successful login, you will be redirected to the Webuzo dashboard.
Step 2: Downloading a Backup
- Scroll down your Webuzo dashboard to the "Server Utilities" section.
- Look for the "Backups & Restore" option within this section and click on it.
- Click on the tab corresponding to the type of backup you want to download, whether it's Full, Home, Database, or Mail Backup.
- Click on the download arrow icon under "Options" and your download should begin immediately to your device.
