Step 1: Log in to Webuzo

  2. After successful login, you will be redirected to the Webuzo dashboard.

Step 2: Downloading a Backup

  1. Scroll down your Webuzo dashboard to the "Server Utilities" section.
  2. Look for the "Backups & Restore" option within this section and click on it.
  3. Click on the tab corresponding to the type of backup you want to download, whether it's Full, Home, Database, or Mail Backup.
  4. Click on the download arrow icon under "Options" and your download should begin immediately to your device.
