Setting up email accounts is an essential aspect of managing your online presence. In this step-by-step guide, we will walk you through the process of creating email accounts, enabling you to establish customized email addresses for your unique needs.
Step 1: Log in to Webuzo
- Access your Webuzo account using your login credentials.
- After successful login, you will be redirected to the Webuzo dashboard.
Step 2: Creating a New Email Account
- Scroll down your Webuzo dashboard to the "Email" section.
- Look for the "Email Account" option within this section and click on it.
- In the "Email Accounts" page, click on the "Create" button.
- Under "Email", enter the desired username for your email account. This is the part that comes before the "@" symbol in your email address (e.g., "username" in username@example.com).
- Select the domain you are creating the email for which is right next to the "@" symbol.
- Under "Password", enter your desired password. You can use the Password Generator tool provided for better security. Remember to save this password.
- Confirm the new password by re-entering it in the provided field. Make sure to choose a strong password that includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Note that the password should not contain any part of your username or be easily guessable.
- Under "Email Quota", select your desired quota limit or you can leave it as default. Note that you cannot set a higher limit than the default quota limit.
- Click on the "Save Account" button to finalize the creation of your email account.
- You should be able to view and manage your new email account by clicking on "Click here to go back to Email Accounts page".
- Follow steps 1 - 9 to create other email accounts as needed.
Congratulations! You have successfully created an email account. You can now use this account to send and receive emails using an email client or webmail interface.
