Step 1: Log in to Webuzo
- Access your Webuzo account using your login credentials.
- After a successful login, you will be redirected to the Webuzo dashboard.
Step 2: Accessing Your Email Account
- Scroll down your Webuzo dashboard to the "Email" section.
- Find and click on the "Email Account" option within this section.
- Click the "Email" icon next to the email account you want to access. A new tab or window will open, logging you automatically into your email account.
Step 3: Logging in to Webmail Directly
- By default, when you subscribe to any of our hosting packages, you receive an email titled "New Account Information." If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
- In this email, you’ll find a link to access your webmail URL, typically in the format: https://yourdomain.tld/webmail.
- Open this link, enter your email address and password, and click the "Log In" button. If your credentials are correct, you’ll be logged in once the page reloads.
