To add a security question to your account, follow the instructions below:
- Sign into your client area.
- On your dashboard, select ‘Update’ located on the left-hand side.
- You will be directed to your profile page on the dashboard where you can make changes.
- Scroll down to the ‘Additional Information’ section and provide your consent for data privacy by checking the appropriate box. Set your security question by selecting from the available questions in the drop-down menu, and input your security answer.
- Scroll further down and click on ‘Save’ to finalize the changes.
Note: Choose a question to which you can readily recall the answer to ensure your account’s security.
